Once the black or green copper stains have been washed out, you can wash that cloth as recommended on its care label. After washing, check the stained area again, and if the stain is still there, you’ll need an oxygen bleach or an all-fabric bleach plus cook water to wash off the stain.

Keeping this in consideration, will CLR remove copper stains?

CLR will take the finish off of aluminum and copper.

Also, how do you remove green from copper? Lemon Juice + Salt

Create a paste with lemon juice (lime or orange juice works, too) and salt at a 3:1 ratio, respectively. Make sure salt is dissolved so as not to scratch the copper. Rub a small amount of paste on the soiled copper object with a clean cloth until you start to see the grime loosen up.

Hi, my name is Andres. Over the last 25 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of my friends and neighbors get the most sparkling carpets and rugs they’ve ever seen. In fact, many tell me they love taking their shoes off and rubbing their toes in the soft, fluffy carpet after they get the most thorough cleaning ever! They told me they wanted more… and I’m giving it to them!
